First-generation site controller. Measures the main connection with three CT clamps and dynamically limits up to 4 Edge charge controllers over Modbus so the site never exceeds its main fuse. WiFi to the EdgeTech platform and the MyCharger app.

A DIN-rail module for the distribution board that watches the main connection with three current clamps, supplied with it, and tells each charge controller, every second, how much current it may draw. Four charge points on a 3×25 A connection can all be plugged in; the load balancer splits what is left after the house or building has taken its share.

The module connects over WiFi to the EdgeTech platform, which gives users the MyCharger app (start/stop, off-peak charging, consumption overview, automatic invoicing) and gives installers remote diagnostics and firmware updates.

## Key facts

| Specification | Value |
|---|---|
| Charge points | Up to 4 EVSE-C-3x32A on one RS485 bus |
| Site measurement | 3 CT clamps on inputs C1, C2, C3: the household (mains) current per phase, up to 40 A per phase; CTs for higher currents on request |
| Modbus kWh meter | On request: EVSE-SC-01 with a DIN-rail Modbus kWh meter instead of the CT clamps, on the same Modbus cable as the charge controllers (for example where clamps don't fit in the cabinet) |
| Current transformers | 3 split-core CTs included; 23 × 40 × 26 mm (lid 14 mm), conductor opening 9 mm, 40 cm lead |
| Load balancing | Per-second current limit per charge point, site limit configurable up to the main fuse, minimum 6 A per car, start threshold 8 A |
| Fieldbus | Modbus RTU master, RS485, 9600 8N1 |
| Bus cable | 3 × 0.75 mm² multi-core (stranded). No solid-core cable and no raw Ethernet cable in the terminals; Ethernet only with RJ45 connectors (adapter board on request) |
| Connectivity | WiFi IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4 GHz only; MQTT over TLS with a per-device pre-shared key |
| Module | WiFi module (2.4 GHz) |
| Supply | 90–300 V AC, 50 Hz, 300 mA / 3 W, powered from the distribution board |
| Dimensions | 90 × 54 × 58 mm, DIN-rail enclosure (3 modules) |
| Enclosure rating | IP00, Class I; install inside the distribution board behind a fuse |
| CE | EU declaration of conformity, site controller (2022-001): LVD, EMC, RoHS, EN 301 489-1/-17, EN 300 328, EN 62311 |
