For households in the Netherlands and Belgium: check your charger yourself with the 10-digit ID from its QR code, and make your home energy smart in one of two versions. Measured: the Edge HEMS on the P1 port of your smart meter (€ 150) measures your home for three months to a year, shows it on a dashboard and gives advice; afterwards you can continue with a subscription. Estimated: advice from your yearly bill and photos of your type labels (€ 100), without hardware.

Diagnostics on this website, coming soon. The QR code on the site controller in the meter cupboard carries a 10-digit ID. Enter it and you will see the charger: online or not, what each socket is doing, and any error in plain words, and you can ask the support chat what to do next. Installers use the same check on site. Until it is live, the form below opens the chat with a demo answer.

Make my home energy smart
During the advice we gather the details of the energy systems already in your home: solar panels, heat pump, heating, battery, charger, cooking. You get advice on how to lower your costs, how to be more sustainable, or both. Two versions:

Measured, with the Edge HEMS (€ 150)
A bill shows a year in one number. A smart meter shows every second. We send you the Edge HEMS, a small controller that plugs into the P1 port of your smart meter (DSMR 5, the meter in almost every Dutch home since 2016, and in Belgium). You connect it to your WiFi in a few minutes; no electrician needed.
From the first day you see your home on a dashboard: consumption, solar export, peaks per phase, costs. After at least three months, for those who want to decide quickly, you get a written report with figures from your own home. A full year gives the best advice, because it covers summer and winter. The report covers, for example:
- whether a home battery pays for you, and what size: “a 5 kWh battery would store 38 % of your solar export and save about € 310 a year” (an illustration, not a promise);
- whether a dynamic tariff pays, and to which hours to shift the car, the heat pump or the dishwasher;
- how much of your own solar you can charge the car with;
- whether your main fuse is close to its limit, and whether you need a heavier connection at all;
- what your heating, heat pump and other systems could do better.
It only monitors. The Edge HEMS reads your smart meter; it does not switch or control anything in your home. You buy it, it is not a rental, and it stays yours. After the first monitoring period there will be a subscription to continue the dashboard and new reports, if you like. It never renews by itself. Without a subscription the device keeps working, but the dashboard stops and there is no support. Only want the dashboard? That is fine too.
Control comes later and with care: our own chargers, certainly. Other equipment, over Modbus or a relay, we look at case by case, because every brand has its own interface; we do not promise it in advance.
Changed your mind? Send it back within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days and you get your money back. After that it is yours; there is nothing to return.

Estimated, from your bill (€ 100)
No hardware. Send your yearly bill and a photo of the type label of each system above about 2 kW: solar inverter, heat pump, boiler, battery, charger, cooking. We assess by hand what your home could save and which systems could be controlled, and mail you the advice. Black out your name, address and account numbers on the bill if you prefer; we only need the numbers. The files are deleted after the advice is sent.
Within two working days we reply by email with a payment link. The advice follows within one week after payment. See the terms for households.
