Flats, VvE and offices
Many chargers on one shared connection: fair sharing per second, per-user metering and billing, card authorisation, and the building's own management system (BMS/GBS) monitoring or controlling the chargers.

The problem
A VvE garage or an office car park has one connection and a growing number of residents or employees with a car. Upgrading the connection is slow and expensive. Load balancing on the existing connection is not.
What we do
- One site controller on the P1 port drives up to 10 chargers per bus; larger garages use several buses or GridShield.
- Every charger meters its own sessions; the platform assigns them to users and produces the overviews the VvE administrator or the employer needs for billing.
- NFC cards or the app decide who may charge; guests can be given a code.
- The building’s building management system (BMS or GBS, or its energy module, BEMS) can monitor and control the chargers over Modbus, the REST API or Matter, so charging becomes one more system the building manages.
Parts
Chargers of any tier; EVSE-SC-02 or GridShield; NFC readers; the platform with per-user reporting. A Dutch page for VvE administrators is planned.
